Seattle Rally and Walking Picket to End the Blockade of Cuba” width=

 

From Miami, to New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, on the last Sunday of the month, pickets and Car Caravans of Cuban Americans and their allies are calling for an end to all aspects of the 60 year old U.S. economic blockade of Cuba!

On Sunday, Sept 26, 2021 the Seattle Cuba Friendship Committee, along with Puente de Amor (local Cuban Americans), will join the actions around the country.

RALLY & WALKING PICKET in RAINIER BEACH
11:00 am: Meet at Be’er Sheva Park, intersection of Seward Park Ave S. and S. Henderson St. (across from Rainier Beach High School).
Park on the street or at parking lot on the west side of the Atlantic City Boat Ramp.
11:15am: Walking picket south on Seward Park Ave S. to Rainier Ave S.
11:30am: Rally at the corner of Seward Park Ave S. to Rainier Ave S.
12:15pm: Walk back to parked cars.
12:30pm: Event ends.
